Site Description The WHS Tug 3 site appears to be a harbor tug likely scuttled. The hull is badly broken with the bottom and port side being the most intact. There is also a portion of the starboard side and the curved transom on site. The propulsion machinery is extant on site including the firebox boiler, single expansion steam engine, propeller shaft and propeller. The rudder is either missing or buried under the hull.
