Site Description The small ship is badly broken but most of the starboard side still remains except the area near the stern. A portion of the port side and broken transom remains on site. The centerboard trunk, a couple booms, and pieces of the mast are also extant on site. It appears all of the ship’s machinery has been removed. No trace of the anchors, windlass, centerboard winch, anchor chain, or ship’s wheel, if it had one, are visible on site. The rudder, rudder post and quadrant are extant on site. Both curved catheads are still recognizable on the ship sides.
