Site Description The wreck sits in 165 ft of water with the forward two-thirds of the hull relatively intact. The decks are collapsed including the forecastle deck where the windlass and an anchor are visible in the deck debris. Sections of the deck knees and shelf is also extant on site. The keelson stanchions along the cargo hold are also extant on site. There are two steeple compound engines and two firebox boilers also on site. The stern of the ship including the propellers, shafts, and rudder are buried. The steel arch strapping is visible, and various pieces of engine machinery and piping.
